ALL CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE REQUESTS MUST BE received verbally or by email with NO LESS than 48 hours notice prior to date and time of reservation, otherwise full booking charges will apply (certain exclusions apply).
ALL NO SHOWS (no contact of any type from client 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time) full booking charges, waiting time, parking and toll charges (if applicable) will apply.
WAITING TIME CHARGES of $1.00 per minute apply after 15 minutes grace time beyond scheduled pickup time on reservation (airport arrivals after 1 hour from when the flight shows arrived or at gate or 1 hour after scheduled pickup time for seaport pickup).
EXTRA STOP(S) are only added to the service based on the current schedule for that day and the availability to add. Additional charge(s) will apply.
LATE BOOKING/ON DEMAND FEE of 25% of the existing rate for the service requested will apply to all fulfilled reservation requests if the date and time is scheduled for less than 12 hours from initial request.
ALL DEPOSITS are NON-REFUNDABLE. Quotes for hourly charters and mileage based services may differ from actual rate charged based on completion time the charter ends and/or the actual amount of miles driven, and a deposit in the amount of the minimum quoted cost is required. All quotes offered for any service(s) are valid only for up to 90 days from the date provided, and are subject to change at any time, prior to booking the reservation. All chartered and hourly services are 3 hour minimum pricing (specialized services and quotes available on request).
HOLIDAY RATES apply to all actual and observed legal bank holidays/government holidays, and on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
We are not liable for delays caused by accidents, airline schedule changes, mechanical failures, weather, unforeseen traffic conditions beyond our control, knowledge or avoidance, natural disaster or any other nonspecifically mentioned occurrence existing beyond our control or knowledge. We will attempt to notify you should any of these conditions become known prior to service.
All charges and fees will be billed after completion of requested service. Sedan rates are based on 3 passengers maximum. SUV rates are based on 6 passengers maximum. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
For your convenience, a 20% gratuity is added to all services, of which 100% goes to your driver.
No Food, Alcohol Consumption, Smoking, Vaping or Drug use in our vehicles. All transported pets must be in a carrier. All deposits and pre-paid services are non-refundable.
Any and all damages or excessive cleanup of hired vehicle that occur during any hired service will be billed to the hiring party, at a minimum charge of $500.00.
Tolls, express lane usage, additional parking charges, luggage carts, luggage rack storage/usage and/or other fees and/or charges may apply.
Complimentary bottled water is provided for all services.
Not responsible for any article(s) left in vehicle.
Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and any existing scheduled services for that day.
