To all our family of clients, their families and friends,
We hope this finds all of you healthy, safe and well. We thought this would be the right time to reach out to each of you. As a business, yes, we are glad to know that this our way back to restarting our lives and getting back to the state of whatever the new "normal" might be. It will be exciting and wonderful to see all of you again, but we are going to take a realistic approach to this. We know that each person is going to move forward with this at their own pace and comfort level. Please be assured, we know we will see you when you become ready to venture out. We promise to you, when you are ready to book again, we will be here to answer the phone, and will be looking forward to that time.
As things have evolved with the pandemic, we have as well, especially our efforts in place to keep the environment of the car clean and sanitized. We still, as we have since the beginning, carry and offer hand sanitizer to all clients on request, but we have upgraded our cleaning solution to something even more effective. The solution is a product named Hospital-Grade Disinfectant, Sanitizer & Virucide (HGD-V). It is E.P.A. registered, EPA REG # 10324-154-56782, MEETS OSHA BLOODBORNE PATHOGEN STANDARD FOR HIV, HBV AND HCV, and is listed on the New York State list of registered disinfectants. The E.P.A. number can be researched at the following website, https://www.epa.gov/pesticide-registration/list-n-disinfectants-use-against-sars-cov-2. This product is used before and after each service, on all points of contact inside the vehicle, along with aerosol spray disinfectants. This cleaner is effective to prevent the spread of coronavirus, and is a Quaternary-based disinfectant spray for further disinfecting surfaces after cleaning. Bactericidal, fungicidal, staphylocidal, and psuedomonacidal, it is EPA registered and controls and disinfects all inanimate environmental surfaces. This product is used to disinfect the floor boards of the car, the truck or storage compartment of the vehicles, and is used to treat any luggage you would like, before you arrive at the airport, or upon your return. Along with this procedure, all drivers will wear a mask upon request to cover both the nose and the mouth, and gloves.
We ask that you take away from this the most important message we give to you. Yes, a business is often measured primarily by its bottom line, the balance sheet, and profit. While that is one component, it is not the most important. Many have heard us say for years, a business is only truly successful based on the value it places on the relationships it has with the clients who support it as patrons.
